Our set of two EXTEND-M closed fork extensions enables the efficient handling of extra-long and extra-wide loads that would extend beyond the standard forks of your forklift. Made of robust industrial steel with a scratch-resistant finish, these extensions offer durability and stability for demanding operating conditions.

  • Fork cross-section: Suitable for forklift forks up to 130x45 mm (width x height). Common fork dimensions are 125x45 mm , 125x40 mm , 120x45 mm , and 120x40 mm .
  • Fork length: Choice between 1.8 m and 2 m and 2.2 m . The following applies: The forks of your forklift must be at least 60% of the extension. Calculate the maximum possible extension = Existing fork length ÷ 0.6
  • Load capacity: Suitable for loads up to 5,000 kg
  • Type: Closed box profile, i.e. the tines of the original fork are completely enclosed at the top and bottom for maximum safety and stability
  • Industrial quality: Robust industrial steel with 6 mm material thickness - just as shock-resistant as the fork itself
  • Powder coating: Optimal protection against dirt, corrosion and scratches
  • Installation: Simply insert the forks into the opening of the extensions and lock them with the locking pin behind the fork back
  • Application: Fork extensions enable the transport of loads with excess length, width or two Euro pallets at the same time in industry, logistics, trade, agriculture, construction and crafts

    Super Gabelverlängerung

    Ich benutze diese Gabelverlängerung um meine Palettengabel von 1m auf 1,80 zu verlängern. Endlich ist sie lang genug um auch breitere/längere Gegenstände heben und transportieren zu können. Die Qualität ist spitze, der Stahl ist massiv und schwer und verbiegt sich deshalb auch nicht so einfach, so wie ich es erwartet habe

    Wir haben die Verlängerungen jetzt schon mehrere Monate im Einsatz, sie sind massiv gebaut, mit den abgesenkten spitzen kommt man super in jede Palette.
